Why Well-Being Matters

Today’s work environments place high demands on employees. Without sustainable support, this can lead to burnout, disengagement, and reduced performance.

Research shows that investing in employee well-being:

  • increases focus, engagement, and productivity

  • reduces absenteeism and turnover

  • strengthens employees’ connection to their workplace

In Germany, up to €600 per employee per year can be invested in certified well-being measures tax-free (§ 20 SGB V).

What We Offer

Each retreat is thoughtfully curated and facilitated by a team of 2–4 experienced specialists, all experts in their respective fields, ensuring depth, quality, and a holistic experience.

Ideal for team days, leadership development, or moments of transition and change.

At Spiral Origins, well-being is not treated as a one-off intervention, but as a skill that can be learned, embodied, and integrated into everyday work life. Our approach bridges scientific understanding with experiential practices that support nervous system regulation, clarity, and resilience.

All offerings are:

  • Grounded in science, drawing from neuroscience, psychology, and sensory research

  • Embodied and experiential, allowing participants to feel and understand change in real time

  • Designed for integration, with practical tools that translate into daily work and life

  • Human-centered, meeting people where they are without pressure or performance demands

About

I’m Elena, the founder of Spiral Origins.

Before working in the field of well-being, I spent several years in high-pressure professional environments, including consulting and finance. Experiencing firsthand the demands, pace, and expectations of these settings deeply shaped my understanding of stress, performance, and resilience at work.

Today, my work focuses on supporting individuals and organizations in navigating these demands in a healthier and more sustainable way. I work at the intersection of neuroscience, mindfulness, movement, sensory awareness, and nervous system regulation, translating complex concepts into practical, embodied experiences that can be integrated into everyday work life.

I collaborate closely with organizations, HR teams, and leaders to design well-being initiatives that are grounded, respectful, and realistic — meeting people where they are, without pressure or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Spiral Origins was created as a response to the growing need for well-being approaches that go beyond short-term relief. My intention is to support people and organizations in developing skills and awareness that foster long-term health, balance, and resilience — even in demanding work environments.
