Spiral Origins was founded in 2023 with the intention of bringing well-being, balance, mindfulness, and resilience into work environments in a way that is grounded, sustainable, and meaningful.
Modern work places high cognitive, emotional, and sensory demands on people. While short-term initiatives can offer temporary relief, they often fail to address the underlying patterns that lead to chronic stress, exhaustion, and disengagement. Spiral Origins was created to respond to this gap.
Our work is rooted in the belief that well-being at work is not a perk, but a skill — one that can be learned, embodied, and integrated into everyday professional life.
Our Intention
At the heart of Spiral Origins is a simple but powerful intention:
to support healthier, more productive, and more balanced work environments by helping people better understand how their body, mind, and nervous system function under stress and demand.
Rather than offering quick fixes, we focus on creating experiences that foster awareness, self-regulation, and resilience — capacities that remain accessible long after a session, retreat, or event has ended.

In addition to workshops, retreats, and team events, we offer strategic guidance to help companies integrate well-being into their organizational culture. This includes consulting on the design and implementation of annual well-being initiatives, tailored to the specific needs, goals, and rhythms of each organization.
