I graduated in International Management and spent over eight years working in high-performing professional environments — across consulting, finance, and project management within a multinational corporation. These years gave me a deep understanding of the pace, pressure, and expectations that often define modern work life.
Experiencing these environments firsthand also made me acutely aware of how prolonged stress can affect the body, mind, and overall well-being. Over time, I began to feel these effects personally — physically, mentally, and emotionally — which led me to search for ways to create more balance and resilience in my own life.
Hi, I’m Elena Franz.
My journey into well-being began with yoga, which opened the door to a deeper understanding of how movement, breath, and awareness influence our nervous system. This naturally expanded into further studies in sound therapy and aromatherapy, where I experienced firsthand how sensory input can profoundly shift mental and emotional states.
A few years ago, during a three-week yoga and meditation retreat in the jungle near Ubud, I felt a clear calling: to pass on the practices that had changed my own life to people working in the very environments where I once needed them the most.
This moment marked a turning point — not away from the corporate world, but toward building a bridge between high-performance environments and sustainable well-being.
From Experience to Practice
I’m also the author of Own Your Vision, a practical guide that supports individuals in turning vision into reality. The book explores clarity, intention, and aligned action — themes that strongly inform my work with individuals, teams, and organizations.
Author & Thought Leadership
Through my combined background in corporate environments and holistic well-being, I see my role as a translator and bridge-builder.
I aim to make well-being accessible, grounded, and relevant — demystifying spirituality, grounding practices in science, and translating complex concepts into experiences that resonate in professional contexts.
My work integrates evidence-informed knowledge with embodied practice, helping people not only understand stress, focus, and resilience intellectually, but experience them in a way that can be applied to daily work and life.

My Intention
Spiral Origins was created to support people and organizations in cultivating long-term health, balance, and resilience — especially in demanding work environments.
Rather than offering escape from work, my intention is to support integration: helping individuals develop skills, awareness, and practices that allow them to navigate complexity with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-understanding.
